Nullpoint Technologies ensures that the data of our Clients is always processed in accordance with the purposes of processing at the time and point of collection and in line with accepted industry practice. Personal data is processed only to the extent it is necessary, having regard to the purposes of the processing. Nullpoint Technologies does not keep personal data for a period longer than is necessary, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed.
Once the services of a Client are all terminated, all hosted data of the Client’s customers is set to be deleted along with all database snapshots and the webserver(s) that the service was hosted with.
We provide functionality which enables our Clients to have their customers’ personal data erased and no longer processed upon request.
Our Clients can update the Personal Data of their customers by logging in our web applications and for their specific client change their personal details. The data changes will be reflected automatically in all the solutions that our Client has licensed from Nullpoint Technologies.
